Mary greeted me on arrival with the cutest complimentary tea and I also received slippers when I walked in. I got the Luxury package, which they allowed me to upgrade very last min, and it was sooooo relaxing. Alicia is the one who did my facial and hair treatment and it included massage of my neck and shoulders. the massage was perfect and she was extremely professional. I absolutely loved every bit of it and felt well taken care of. This was my very 1st head spa and I would for sure come back here. I’m very picky when it comes to cleanliness and this place was spotless as well.

I typically book Anna for my Deluxe services, and she gives a phenomenal massage with superb attention to detail. But today I booked Dennie, since Anna wasn't available, and Dennie was also very good. This spa has well-trained and very professional, friendly staff; I love that they're always on time, and I never have to wait. The facility is always clean and welcoming. The hair and skin products used are gently fragranced and not too overpowering for my sensitive nose and skin. All the staff members are very calm and kind, so much so that I felt comfortable bringing my mother who has knee issues and limited hearing -- they took great care of her and treated her as their own family. Free street parking is easier to find on weekdays than weekends. But in a pinch, you can always pay to park in the lot nearby. 5/5 recommend!

Amazing unparalleled experience. Would recommend to literally anyone with a head. I came here with my mom — from the moment we walked in, each person greeted us with a huge smile. They helped take our shoes on and gave us a tea to start. But the best part is obvi the massage and hair rinsing. I did the deluxe. After the treatment, my hair was silky smooth and calm looking instead of wildly frizzy. My scalp is squeaky clean. 10 out of 5 stars — bringing the rest of my family here

I had been researching head spas in the area and I’m so glad I came across this place! The staff were so friendly as soon as I walked in. I had accidentally scheduled the basic package which is for styling but they were easily able to switch that so I could get the deluxe package which is the head spas treatment. It was so relaxing, Dennie was the one who helped me and she was super amazing, sweet, and professional. Overall I had such a great experience and hope to come again soon!

I had the most incredible experience at The Aurora Headspa. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere felt calm, welcoming, and beautifully relaxing. As a busy salon owner coming off a hectic holiday rush, this was exactly what I needed. My staff gifted me this experience, and I can honestly say it was one of the best self-care treatments I’ve ever had. Over an hour of pure bliss — head, shoulders, arms, and hands all expertly massaged. The hair wash alone is worth the visit — absolutely dreamy. This place is a true oasis, and the attention to detail, technique, and overall vibe are perfection. I left feeling relaxed, refreshed, and completely hooked. Highly recommend to anyone needing deep relaxation and next-level care.

I had such a great experience at Aurora Beauty. This was both my first time visiting this spa and my first time at a head spa, and it did not disappoint! The staff were so friendly and helpful. It was easy to reschedule my appointment when I got sick, and at my appointment, there was alway someone there to help guide me through the process and just create an overall relaxing environment. The spa was also great, the Luxury treatment was worth every penny and more. It was so relaxing and Jenny was so kind and did an amazing job. I really can't recommend this enough. I will be back, and this is going to be my go-to activity to share with friends and visitors. Thank you, Aurora Beauty for a great experience that I can't wait to have again!

Janie was absolutely amazing. First time and I'm so glad I came, I got the luxury package. The moment I entered I was provided slippers and tea (amazing) while I waited. I left feeling blissfully relaxed and pampered. If you're even thinking about it--Do it. And they have punch cards!

I had such a wonderful experience here! I got a facial and my mother got a head spa treatment, and both were absolutely amazing. The space was relaxing, the staff was kind and attentive, and we left feeling refreshed and pampered. Everything felt intentional and high quality. We’re already looking forward to coming back and trying more services. Highly recommend!

Run. Do not walk to Aurora beauty for a scalp and Gua sha treatment. It is money well spent and I will be figuring out which other wellness services to cut back on to make this a regular event. I left my treatment with the most silky hair, glowing skin and a loosened shoulder and neck after a lovely massage and hot stone treatment. To boot the welcome tea/blow dry tea is delicious I cannot recommend it highly enough and they have dedicated parking for clients so even in the height of the WS farmers market I was able to find a spot no problem!

This was hands down the best spa experience I’ve had in Seattle. From the moment I walked in, the space felt calming, warm, and beautifully designed - you can tell they’ve put intention into every detail. The head spa itself was unreal. I didn’t realize how much tension I was holding until it started melting away. They take their time with every step, and you feel truly cared for throughout the entire session. If you’ve been thinking about a head spa or just need a deep, therapeutic self-care moment - this is THE place. Worth every minute and every dollar. Seattle finally has a head spa that lives up to the hype. Highly, highly recommend. ✨
